"I recently brought a box truck to your South Orlando office with a unique problem, there was a family of rats that had crawled up inside the dashboard and made a nest. The rats eventually died, but before they died they did a considerable amount of damage to the a/c system, not to mention the horrible smell. When I dropped the truck off at your shop I wasn't sure if they could fix the a/c properly much less remove that awful smell. Your service manager assured me that he would do everything in his power to make it right. I still wasn't convinced that he could. Upon arriving to pick up the truck I wanted to inspect the truck before I paid the bill. I have to tell you I was amazed at the job they had done. Your service manager and his staff did an excellent job in not only assuring me they could do the job, but coming through on a job well done, and in a timely manner. I can tell you that you will always have me as a customer so long as you have a staff that treats it's customers as well as I was treated. Thank you!"
